When you hand off a record review, your name still goes on the report. The work has to meet the standard you would hold your own review to. That is the standard here. Every record is read in full and weighed with the critical eye of a practicing clinician, then assembled into a single chronology. Prior complaints involving the same body part are traced back through the chart. Treatment gaps and imaging findings are flagged where they occur. The hours you used to spend sorting and summarizing go to the examination and the analysis instead. Your practice takes on more cases without more nights at the desk.
